Frequency – Vibration – Energy –You

 Talking About Frequency

In 1992 Bruce Tainio of Tainio Technology built the first frequency monitor in the world. Tainio has determined that a healthy body frequency is 62-72 Hz . When the frequency drops, the immune system is compromised.

Human Body:
Normal Brain Frequency 72 MHz
Human Body: from Neck up 72-78 MHz
Human Body: from Neck down 60-68 MHz
Thyroid and Parathyroid glands are 62-68 MHz
Thymus Gland is 65-68 MHz
Heart is 67-70 MHz
Lungs are 58-65 MHz
Liver is 55-60 MHz
Pancreas is 60-80 MHz
Bone frequency is 38-43 MHz
Spiritual frequencies range from 92 to 360 Hz.

Colds and Flu start at: 57-60 MHz
Disease starts at: 58 MHz
Candida overgrowth starts at: 55 MHz
Receptive to Epstein Barr at: 52 MHz
Receptive to Cancer at: 42 MHz
Death begins at: 25 MHz

Fresh Foods 20-27 Hz
Fresh Herbs 20-27 Hz
Dried Foods 15-22 Hz
Dried Herbs 15-22 Hz
Processed/Canned Food 0 HZ...
Food heated in a microwave 0 HZ

According to Dr. Rife M.D, who developed a frequency generator in the late 1920’s, every disease has a frequency and substances with higher frequency will destroy diseases of a lower frequency. In brief, Dr. Rife successfully treated 1,000 patients diagnosed with incurable cancer in the 1930’s during his work with frequency whilst at UCLA. The total recovery rate using Rife's technology was 100%.

The study of frequencies raises an important question, concerning the frequencies of substances we eat, breathe and absorb. Many pollutants lower healthy frequency.

Essential oils start at 52 Hz and go as high as 320 Hz. Clinical research shows that therapeutic grade essential oils have the highest frequency of any natural substance known to man, creating an environment in which disease, bacteria, virus, fungus, etc., cannot live.
Every essential oil has a frequency and each of our organs and body parts have a frequency. The frequency of an oil will attract a like frequency in the body. Lower frequencies become a sponge for negative energy.

  • Low frequencies make physical changes in the body.
  • Middle frequencies make emotional changes in the body.
  • High frequencies make spiritual changes in the body.

“In every culture and in every medical tradition before ours, healing was accomplished by moving energy." - Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, Nobel Laureate in Medicine (1937)
To stay healthy we must maintain optimal frequency in our bodies. Being human, we experience stress and emotional challenges on a daily basis, which lower our body frequency. Hence, we need to raise our body frequency regularly/daily with the right substances that are compatible at the cellular/energetic level of our being, rather than wait until our body frequency has dropped so low that it becomes a friendly host for microscopic invaders.

How do I Know What my Vibrational Frequency is?

Well how do you feel?  The better you feel, the higher your frequency; the worse you feel, the lower your frequency. When the energy of your being is vibrating at a high frequency, you are drawing into your life more opportunities, situations, and relationships that will perpetuate this wonderful “high” feeling. When you are vibrating at a lower frequency, you are attracting more opportunities, situations, and relationships that will perpetuate a “negative” feeling. It is through your feelings that your inner guidance system lets you know the rate of your vibration.
Your vibrational frequency is “set” by the dominant thoughts and beliefs you hold in your consciousness. With this knowledge, you‘ll soon become aware of the fact that when you  hold positive thoughts in your mind, you feel great; and when you hold negative thoughts in your mind, you feel cranky. You can vibrate at a different frequency on different topics – for example you may be able to sustain healthy thoughts about family relationships but harbor negative beliefs about money. Your overall frequency is an average of how you “vibrate” on all the various subjects of your life.

Let Us Raise Our Frequency

Each night before you fall asleep think or three things you are grateful for. If you want write them down or speak them aloud.

Sit quietly in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Breathe deeply, full, long calming breaths, moving your breath deep into your belly. Listen to the sound of your breath.  Grow roots from your feet into the floor below you. Relax and empty your mind of all thoughts. Feel your connection to the chair through your root chakra. Now imagine a pure white ball of healing light starting from your feet and slowly making its way up through your body. See the ball rising up your legs and hips and connecting with your root. Let it slowly rise up your spine through your sacral, your solar plexus, your heart, your throat and third eye chakras, exiting through your crown and clearing any blocked energy. Sit quietly, alive with vibrant energy and breathe. Inhale  healing and gratitude for your blessings. Exhale letting your breath take with it anything that no longer serves you.

Has power to lift a dark mood quickly. Sing and or Dance if you can. It will release stagnant, stuck energy in your body and elevate your mood. Move a muscle, change a thought!

Find humor in your situation. As children we laugh about 400 times a day but as adults it drops to approximately 4 times a day. Think of what makes you laugh and include more of that in your life. Make laughing a priority.

Connect with Animals:
Interacting with our pets is the absolute best spirit lifter ever! Throw a ball, take a walk, play tug or just plain cuddle. It’s great for both of you!

Watch a sun set, the stars, northern lights. Take a walk in the woods, hug a tree, feel the sun on your face, watch some children play.
