Peppermint and Rosemary Foot Scrub

After the long Alaska winter why not take some time to pamper your feet with a homemade foot scrub.  Exfoliating your feet this way will leave your skin tingly and smooth and is the perfect solution to dry winter skin. By making this scrub yourself you will see that it is pure and natural.

The oil base moisturizes skin, and the roughness of the salt exfoliates. I like to add good quality essential oils for their healing qualities, I used Peppermint and Rosemary but you can use the ones you want.

This easy recipe will take less than 5 minutes to make.

So, grab your ingredients and get mixing!

1/4 cup Kosher sea salt
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp Castor oil
3 drops peppermint essential oil
3 drops rosemary essential oil
1 tsp fresh or dried rosemary

Just add all the ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
That's all there is to it. This will make enough to do your feet at least two times. All you have to do now is find a spot to relax and put a towel down, rub this wonderful scrub into your feet and chill out for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse your feet and dry them - DONE! How cool is that.
